November 21 is National Adoption Day. In honor of this day, all Heart Galleries in Arkansas are invited to display portraits at the Clinton Library. We will be celebrating adoptions, and all those who work to bring children together with families! I will keep you posted as to how this day turns out. We are hoping in the future to hold a celebration in N.W.A. for all children that have been adopted the previous year! The State will also be unveiling the new Heart Gallery of Arkansas adoption website!
