There are currently 500 of God’s waiting children in Arkansas, and sadly this number continues to grow each day. Each of these children dream of a home filled with unconditional love and understanding.
The NWA Adoption Coalition is working to fulfill this dream.
In NWA we currently have approximately 19 children waiting on their forever home. These children do offer challenges, and carry baggage, so much of which is not of their own, but of what the past life that they have lived in generously gave them. Currently there are approx 300 children in NWA (4 County area) in Foster care, we have approx. 100 open Foster parent homes.
There are never to be more than 8 children in a home, which includes any biological children that the foster parents may have. The need for Foster Parents, and adoptive parents is overwhelming. If you would like to become a foster parent, please contact Elaine Dowdy at 479-442-4029. If you feel a call to become an adoptive parent for and older child contact Norine Pippin at 479-273-9011 ext 117.
I would like to encourage you to adopt these children in prayer. We all know the wonderful works of our Heavenly Father and that he does answers prayers!
